Pricing, Hosting & Support

No. You're free to use any compatible hosting provider you prefer. New website packages include the first year of hosting, and after that you can renew hosting with me or move your website to another provider.

Static websites are hosted on reliable shared hosting infrastructure suitable for small business websites. SSL, backups, and basic uptime monitoring are included. Dedicated or specialized hosting can be arranged separately if your website requires it.

WordPress websites are hosted on hosting infrastructure configured for WordPress and its PHP and database requirements. SSL and backups are included. WordPress maintenance, plugin updates, and additional technical management depend on the hosting or maintenance plan you choose.

Hosting-related issues are resolved at no additional cost while your website is hosted with me. Problems caused by client changes, third-party services, plugins, custom functionality, or issues outside the hosting environment may require additional work and will be quoted separately.

Development begins once at least 80% of the required content, such as text, images, and your logo, is ready and the 50% deposit has been paid.

Yes. Basic refinement of client-provided content is included with website projects. If you need complete website copy written from your business information and materials, content writing is available as an additional service.

Yes. Up to two rounds of minor revisions before launch are included at no additional cost. Larger changes, additional pages, or new functionality are quoted separately.

Post-launch content updates can be requested whenever you need them. Small updates are available from €29 per request, or you can choose a care plan that includes a limited number of small content updates.

A small content update includes minor changes to existing content, such as replacing an image, changing contact information or opening hours, or editing a short section of text. New pages, new sections, redesigns, copywriting, and new functionality are quoted separately.

Hosting keeps your website online. Maintenance covers additional technical work such as monitoring, software updates, security checks, and troubleshooting, depending on the type of website and plan selected. Content changes are separate unless specifically included in your plan.

If your project requires premium plugins, stock images, paid services, specialized hosting, or third-party subscriptions, you'll know about them before we begin. There are no hidden fees.

Yes. An invoice is provided for services in accordance with applicable tax regulations.
